Concurrent User Pricing

Save Up To 70% Over Expensive Industry Alternatives

“RDS did not meet our scalability needs, and the additional licenses required to run our software on RDS were cost prohibitive. GO-Global doesn’t run on RDS, so in addition to ease of use, we avoided paying for extra licenses.”

IT Systems Architect, ACS Technologies

Save on Resources and Licenses

Concurrent user model. Pay for actual users, not potential users.

Maximize cloud investment. Don’t pay for features your cloud provider already delivers.

More users per server. Scale quicker and cheaper.

Reduced maintenance and support. Spend more time on strategic efforts.

All pricing is per
concurrent user

With GO-Global, you only pay for actual usage. You might have 1,000 people who need the software, but only 300 of them are using it at the same time. Instead of charging you for 1,000 licenses, you’d only pay for 300 licenses with GO-Global, to support a max of 300 users logged in at the same time.

and includes support.

Prices do not include taxes (sales tax, VAT, transfer or withholding).

All subscriptions require a one-year up-front contractual commitment and are non-cancellable.

Annual subscriptions can be prepaid or paid monthly. Subscriptions with monthly payment plans are billed on the first of the month.

GO-Global replacement of Microsoft Remote Desktop Services functionality eliminated licensing costs for BEG, providing us with a key competitive differentiator that has contributed to our success.”

Guilherme Da Costa

Director, BEG

RDS requires an additional license for each user, which makes it unaffordable, plus RDS consumes a lot of computing resources relative to the number of end users… GO-Global consumed far fewer computing resources than RDS or Citrix.”

Fernando Valera

CTO, Visure Systems

We run GO-Global on the same servers we used to run RDS, but instead of supporting 5,000 users, we now support 15,000—and have not needed to add servers because GO-Global is so efficient.”

Questions You Might Be Asking

Do I need to pay for Remote Desktop Services (RDS) functionality with my GO-Global subscription?

Nope. GO-Global provides full replacements for Microsoft RDS, its Windows GUI-hosting functionality, and Windows Server’s multi-session functionality. Because of GO-Global’s proprietary replacement of these functions, it does not require RDS.

What’s the difference between named users and concurrent users?

Named users are the total number of users that have the right to log in to your application. If your application has 10 customers, each one with 2 users, your named users would amount to 20. Even though all 20 users are not logged in at the same time, some companies (like Citrix) still require you to pay for each individual user.

Concurrent users are all the users who are simultaneously logged in to your application. You might have a total of 20 users but maybe only 10 of them are logged in to your application concurrently, on average.

With GO-Global, you only pay for your concurrent users, which significantly lowers your licensing costs compared to Citrix, VMware or Microsoft RDS.

Can I pay monthly? Do I need to sign a contract?

All subscriptions require a one-year contractual commitment, which can be prepaid or paid monthly. Subscriptions with monthly payment plans are billed on the first of the month. Subscriptions are non-cancellable and auto-renew after your first year, unless requested otherwise.

Can I change my subscription needs as I go?

All subscriptions require a one-year contractual commitment, for a set number of concurrent licenses. Once your subscription starts, you can add more licenses and re-negotiate your contract with GO-Global. Removing licenses is not possible until your contract expires. GO-Global can assist you in acquiring a number of licenses that help you serve all users while keeping your subscription cost-effective. Contact sales for an estimate.
