2. Known Issues
- Client printing is still enabled after being disabled in the Workspace Properties dialog.
- When two or more instances of Internet Explorer are connected to a host from the same client, the user is unable to close the workspace in the first instance of Internet Explorer and the workspace becomes inactive. Users are limited to running one instance of Internet Explorer when connecting to a host from the same client.
- Users cannot run an application from the cloud server after resuming a session that was suspended via the Program Window.
- The ActiveX Control cannot be installed on a 64-bit host via the browser.
- When connecting to an LDAP-configured cloud server using Firefox 4, you may receive the following error message: "An error occurred while retrieving your account information. You may be experiencing connection problems." To work around this, use the URL: http://my.cloud.server:8080/go-global/login instead of the default URL: http://my.cloud.server:8080/go-global.
