I am attempting to install GG 3.1.0.3270 (as downloaded from Graphon.com) to a Windows 2003 Standard Server, SP1, IIS (Dell PowerEdge 800, 1GB RAM).

When installing I get the above error which halts the installation. Upon reboot the server will not complete launching windows and restarts itself (my tests suggest GG Display driver may be at fault). I have to use Last Known good config. to get the server back. When back online none of the GG services show up and uninstall of GG reports errors as such. There are also no logs at all in "C:\Program Files\GraphOn\GO-Global Server\logs" to show you.

Please help!

I'm not sure what is going, but it might help if you could send us a Belarc Advisor report so we can get some system information. You can download a free copy from:

Similar Issue... 12 Years, 1 Month ago  
Have you identified what is causing the "NTOSKRNL.EXE and/or WIN32K.SYS version in compatibility has been detected..." error. The error below occurs when installing ggw.exe (3.1.0.3270) on a WinXP Pro SP2 box


The error below occurs when attempting to run the Cluster Manager after rebooting the machine for the install.


Here is the aps_2005-09-26_14-06-02-406.html diagnostic file from the above machine.

Hi Darren,

Could you send the APS log to ggws@graphon.com? We should be able to tell what is causing the problem once we look at the log.

The APS log is located in the '..\graphon\go-global server\log' folder.
