TOPIC: licensing error

I just downloaded a demo version Of GoGlobal (v3.0.3.3074), but cannot get the Cluster Manager working.
It's always complaining about a licensing error:

Failed to connect to Server01
due to a GO-Global licensing error.

I already requested two different demo licenses and none of them work.

The license.lic file was copied to D:\Software\GoGlobal\Programs\license.lic
Then the License Manager service was restarted (and I also always restarted the publishing server)

Any ideas of what could be the problem ?

Check the license log file for more info

C:\Program Files\GraphOn\GO-Global Server\Programs\license.log

Also make sure you do not make any changes (or customizations) to the demo license file.

Make sure the license server and GGW server are one and the same system. The demo license does not support any redundancy, failover or remote server licensing.

If all fails, fill out a support request via

www.graphon.com/support/windows-support-req.shtml

and we'll get more detail to diagnose the problem.
