Perhaps a way to dissable/enable drive letters allowed through a session.

I would like my users to only use the network drives mapped via logon script, not the local drives on the goglobal server.

There is no integrated method of hiding local drives but you can use Windows registry settings to accomplish this. Please refer to the attached document.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer]
"NoViewOnDrive"=dword:0000001f

Can prevent user type c:\ or d:\ in IE or explorer.If want prevent user access address bar.You can publish IEgoto.IEgoto is more good security.
Just Foward,back and refresh.
