You don't provide much detail to determine or isolate the problem. Any number of issues may be at play here and GO-Global may not be the cause of the server crash. You may want to consider the following however... Did you do an OS upgrade? Install a new device driver? Are running an older version of GO-Global with an unsupported OS hotfix or service pack?
