How many of the GO-Global users still employ Three-Server Redundancy for License Servers? Is it NOT recommended to deploy redundant license servers anew at all? Even though the chapter about the Redundant License Servers is still in the latest admin guide, will the use of Three-Server Redundancy void the support agreement as our local supplier explains to us lately?

The "3-server redundant" license model is fully supported, and no plans have been made to deprecate this licensing model. While obviously not appropriate for use in all deployments, it is an absolutely indispensable feature for mission-critical applications that require a fail-over mechanism.

We have thousands of licenses deployed with 3-server redundancy, and it in no way voids any kind of support agreement.

Our sales team has also relayed the following:

"Three-server redundancy is a supported license configuration for GO-Global, but it does have requirements regarding server configuration. If you provide the details of your inquiry to the GraphOn partner, we can perhaps help to resolve this. Send the information to sales@graphon.com."
