BSOD 2 Years, 3 Months ago Karma: 0
Today our 2008 server running WebAccess gave me a BSOD. After the reboot it was up for a few minutes after which it gave me a BSOD again. This kept repeating.

The information in the BSOD pointed me to ggse.sys
I noticed this sys file was used by the “WebAccess Display Driver”, and disabled this driver.

After a reboot the server was running fine again.

Last night a bunch of Windows Updates where installed.
I disabled the Windows Update Service, removed this security updates, rebooted the server & enabled the display driver. At this point the server is running fine again.

The updates I removed are:
KB3057154
KB3065822
KB3067507
KB3068457
KB3069392
KB3070102
KB3072630
KB3072633
KB3077657

Is there a incompatibility issue with one of those updates that Im not aware of?

This seems to be a common problem with the updates that have been recently applied. We have also removed the updates as a temporary solution to the problem.

I have two Graphon servers that went down within an hour of installing July's Windows updates. After lots of BSODs (Blue Screen of Death) with reboots, some manual reboots, they seem to be stable (crossing all my fingers and toes).

When Windows Server boots, it blames the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION on ggse.sys. See the attached file. The file ggse.sys is a file in the Graphon installation folder (C:Program FilesGraphOnGO-GlobalProgramsDriver).

The server appears to BSOD whenever a user tries to connect using Graphon. I'm using Graphon version 4.8.2.21477 both on the client and the server.

OK, Good to know i'm not the only one
was anyone able to figure out which update caused this? I don't have a test environment, so i removed all the updates to be sure I solved the problem in the fastest way.

Did someone already opened a supprt case?
