Can start Publisher service on Windows 2003 13 Years, 3 Months ago
Hello,

I can not start the Publishing Server on a Windows 2003 server. I am getting an error 3575. When I look at the logs, it says that the server version is not supported. The server has all the latest security updates from MS before installing the software. I jsut downloaded the demo yesterday.

Thanks,
Tareef

Sorry you're having trouble. Could you send an APS log to ggws@graphon.com?

The log resides in the '\program files\graphon\go-global server\log' folder.

Thanks,

To mcgrail-mitch:

The user who reported this problem moved to a different server before we could diagnose the cause of this problem.

Since you are a FrontRange customer, you will need to call FrontRange support and report this problem. When you report the problem, please be prepared to send them an APS log and let them know they should contact support at GraphOn and we will work with them to resolve this issue.

Willo
