Dear All

We just rehosted our server but public IP has not been changed. Now the published application is accessible only on some networks but server can be pinged from all networks. We have many offices and many different ISPs. The published application is accessible on some ISPs only, not on all ISPs. However the server can be pinged from ALL ISPs. Your help is highly appreciated.

When you rehost a GO-Global server, it generally affects the HostID which is tied to the ethernet/MAC address of your primary network card. A Rehost should not affect your DNS or networking unless you also changed the Hostname. If the hostname did change, you can carefully edit the license file to reflect a change in the new hostname. Other than that, I'm not sure what the problem may be.
