Hello,

This is my problem: Go-Global v4.0 has been working pretty well on a Windows 2003 server SP2 during almost a year. The point is two days ago it started to fail.
Concretely what happens is that after the user logins properly the window with the icon of the app appears freezed. The user cannot click on the icons of the apps within the Go-Global client window.

I've checked the port 491 is redirected to the Go-Global server on my router.
I've rebooted my router, but same problem.
I've disabled the firewall of the involved computers, but same problem.
I've also tried to connect from a computer on the same LAN, but same problem.

One option would be to install an updated version of Go-Global, problem is I will have to wait too much time to obtain a valid license for the new version when indeed I'm in a hurry cause my customer need it working in a few hours.

Any idea?

What GO-Global client is your user using? What version of GO-Global are you using?
