Universal Application Publishing service will not start, service-specific error code 3687. Running Clint v3.2.0.4152. I am confident this is related to some security updates. I have also attempted to upgrade the client to 4.0.1.12187. The upgrade fails. Running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, SP2, all current updates applied.

First, you cannot mix and match version 3.x and 4.x. They each have their corresponding client and Host. Also check the OS System Requirements here: www.graphon.com/customer-support/system-requirements

If you are using version 3.2 on the Host, be sure to upgrade to the latest version (build 3.2.1.4510, includes Compatibility Update). My guess is that you downloaded a Microsoft hotfix that is causing an incompatibility. Upgrading to the latest version should solve the problem. Contact the Support team if you're unsure about the process.
