Hello,

Is it possible to use Go-Global Host V4 in Server 2008 R2 Foundation Edition?

I already installed it and clients can access without problems however I cant publish any application. It gives me the following error "This application is not licensed for use with GO-Global".

Thanks

Officially, GO-Global does not support Windows Server 2008 R2 Foundation Edition. However, we have reports from several customers that this edition works fine. I suspect the license error is unrelated. Please review the APS log file for more insight to this error. There is also a license log file (license.log) in the GO-Global Programs folder that might indicate the source of the problem.

Thanks for the reply,

One thing I didnt mentioned. I can Connect clients to the host. Simply it doesnt appear any applications published.

I've uploaded my last APS log file.

Even if I try to publish a known application like notepad it gives me the same error.

Thnaks

This reads like a permission issue. Try to publish a standard application like "Notepad" to see if you can publish *any* application rather than your custom app. If the application is on a network drive, check your drive permissions. Try mapping a drive local to the GG server and then publish it from there. Also make sure you can launch the application on the server outside of GO-Global.

If none of these suggestion help, I suggest opening a Case with the Support team for further diagnosis.
