TOPIC: Active online sessions show to be disconnected

Active online sessions show to be disconnected 5 Years, 10 Months ago Karma: 0
When entering into the Cluster Manager, the sessions for staff show to be disconnected with a 0, these people are actually actively working and are connected. This is a problem on managing connections to the server.

Are either the GG server or CC client running low on memory?

The gg memory is showing to be at 8% so it looks like it is low, that is in the cluster manager, if that was what you were referring to...
Not sure where the GG server is unless it is the server the program is running from...and not sure what the CC is...

If you're seeing low memory on the server (where the Cluster Manager is installed) then that likely plays a role running GO-Global sessions optimally. My suggestion is to reboot the server (if possible) and see if you can duplicate the problem when the server has full memory capacity. If that does not solve the problem, open a Case with the Support team to have this problem analyzed further.
