We have been users of 3.2 version and so far everything was working well.

Recently we had new instalation of your Host 4.0 on

Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition with Service Pack 2

When we install the application, restart the server and then try to run Cluster Manager we get the following message

Failed to communicate with the Application Publishing Service,Service may not be running

Reading through your posts on forum I checked everything:
1.Tried to manually start the service (failed with error 3687)
2.Checked my updates for KB that has been causing problems (there is none)

In logs I noticed this error

The GO-Global System Extensions Driver failed to initialize due to error 21021

I was wondering is that a problem why service does not start.

Licence manager service start fine.

I would appreciate any kind off help (it is not an option to reinstall the server machine because it runs laboratory information system)

The error is not very specific but you may want to make sure you reboot at least twice. Especially during an upgrade where a driver has to be replaced, it can take a few cycles to initialize the driver.

Make sure you are using the latest GO-Global 4 release (build 10784 as of 10/1/11).

If that doesn't resolve the issue, run the new "Support Request Wizard" from the Cluster Manager -> Help menu and send the report to support@graphon.com for further analysis.
