Found the license, had completely different name
SO good luck to me when re-installing the app.... we will see if it helps the issue...

Try running lmtools from the GO-Global Programs directory.

After full un-install, restart and new install fo the host and client and another restart it's all working fine now. I just have to figure out how to change the license from demo to the one I have backed up
