Hi,

We have purchased G0-Global Licenses at two different Point of time .
First One License For 1 User and the second one for 5 Users. I want to generate a Combined six User License File,which I want to run in a single server.

Kindly suggest??

You can merge your licenses one of three ways:

1. If this is Windows AND GO-Global version 3.2+, you can simply place all the license files in the GO-Global Programs directory and the license engine will recognize and use the total number of users.

2. You can do a "rehost" and have the accounting team generate a single license file. Use the online rehost form here.

3. You can manually merge the files together by copying all the content into a single license file (call it "license.lic" for example). Ideally the license files all reflect the same version. If not, use the most current version (license engine) to manage the licenses. Also note that any other customizations can void the license file.

Remember to restart the license service.

Hi,

Thanks for the Support..

I would like to inform you that,We have tried to generate License File based on the License key for a Single Key,i.e the 5 user one.But when we are trying to Log in to the system we are getting an error ,which says Login Failure due to License Issue.

I have generated the Diagnostic Report & Status Inquiry report Via the License Manager,which I am attaching with this report and I am also attaching

Nothing obvious wrong in the license file. Review the license.log file in the same folder as the license file. Also, check the APS-xxx.html log for any service errors. If that doesn't resolve, open a case with the Support team for more detailed analysis.
