Running the GoGlobal client on any PC, on the same LAN segment or a remote connection.
The app starts up but as soon as it starts to talk to the server (network trace running) it slows to a crawl.

Typing in the user name there is a 1+ sec delay between typing the char and it appearing.
Trying to drag/drop/move the dialogue box - takes at least a min before it responds and it also takes a similar time to respond to any other commands - like kill

If I do actually get connected the response is simillarly slow.

I can RDP to the machine and everything is fine.

There have been no updates.

Makes no difference weather AV is on or off (Kaspersky), th esystem has been used since teh AV was installed with no noticable degridation.

Anyone got any idears ?

Definitely not normal. Check for any login / profile scripts that may affect things. Check that the event and APS logs are set at normal levels. As a test, turn off the Drives and Print options (in the Cluster Mgr) to see if that points to anything.

Makes no difference.
It's definatly the AV.
Pausing it makes no difference, exiting it and things start working.
Although it claims not to be scanning those directories or apps.
