While working on some of the Goglobal published applications(SAP B1), why the apllication icons and textboxes are faded? If I click on those faded icons and textboxes then it will become normal. How can i resolve this issue?

Where do you see the faded icons & text boxes? If the applications are published on a network drive, there may be a delay in updating the user permissions. It may also be a display driver issue? Check to see if the behavior occurs on all clients / desktops or just one.

Issue is common for all the desktops. While updating SAP B1 production form we are facing the issue. With out Goglobal, application is working fine through application client.
We tried installing Goglobal server on Application server then also same issue. Display driver are installed properly.

"application is working fine through application client."
Presumably you are publishing the application client on the GG server (not the base SAP B1 application)?

I would suggest increasing the APS log to level 4. Log back in to GG and repeat the behavior. Then check the APS log for any errors.
