My company runs a Citrix farm using the citrix client vers. 9. We connect through Go Global to get to an application that they host called Fasttrack. Recently Go Global has ran an update on 7/8/06 and when we installed this update our printers no longer get loaded when Go global loads. We have not had this issue before and Fasttrack says it is on our side, but we have not changed our systems, Go Global has changed theirs. Does anyone know why the printer does not get loaded by the new client for Go Global.

Milde97, we are not aware of this specific issue or anything similar as a result of this recent update.

This sounds like an issue that will need to be researched in more detail. I recommend you contact Fasttrack and insist that they open a support ticket with our Help desk to diagnose and resolve the matter.

print.ini file not being created correctly 11 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 0
We have narrowed down the issue to being that when the users execute Go Global it does not try to intialize client side printers which will update the print.ini file. Can you post contact info for us to open a ticket and troubleshoot with Graph on, we have had a site down for over 24 hours now.
