We have your software running on SBS 2003 SP1. Logging in using the native client it appears that we need to have remote user setup as an administrator.

There must be settings that I can change in the user accounts so the remote workforce do not need to be administrators.

Can you tell me what needs to be done.

SBS is AD enable. So you installed goglobal on AD.You must set user had "log on locally" right
you can open "Default Domain Controler Security Settings"---Local policy-User Right Assigment---Allow log on locally.
you can add user or group the policy.and execute gpupdate.it will take affect suddently.
