Hello,

I have 2 iGoldMine Plus servers and I am trying to eliminate the first login. This company uses a login script that is a long son of a gun. We want to pass this thru LDAP so once the user turns on their machine that is the only login needed.

The servers are Win2003 standard server and I am running IIS6. We are using the Windows native client as the login.

I read in another thread that we should be able to apss this thru LDAP - how does one go about it?

o.k. I found the section pass-thru authentication and I set it to mandatory.

you click on the connector and it connects. For me I see GoldMine just fine, for my beta-tester user, he does not see GoldMine.

I have it published thru unc path to the server it lives on. What do I need to do for my users to see the program? btw.. we have a user group in our active directory. I have the GoldMine server using this group as well as the IIS servers.

Hi Andie,

You need to go through FrontRange Solutions for support for iGoldmine, and they will work with GraphOn in turn if they need assistance.

If you'll send email to ggws@graphon.com, I'll forward it to FrontRange and ask them to contact you.

it is not a frontrange issue it is a graphon issue.

I want to know why if you turn on mandatory for pass thru authentication that apps published from a different server will not show up. turn off pass thru authentication and those apps are present.


the manatory pass thru only shows programs that are installed locally on the IIS boxes.

Hi Andie,

If this is iGoldmine then first level support is handled by FrontRange. The issue you are having is probably because delegation needs to be set up. Delegation requirements are documented in the Admin Guide. FrontRange will be able to help you with this and if they need to, they come to us for second level support. I can ask them to contact you if you will send your contact information to ggws@graphon.com.
