TOPIC: Publish explorer

Glad to hear the suggestion worked.

Keep in mind that the GGW client is actually a remote client interface, running on the server. While you can use basic clipboard functions (copy/paste text), it cannot be used to transfer files across. The easiest way to accomplish the latter is to use a login script and map a user directory/drive within a GGW session. From the application, you can then do a File -> "Save As..."

I think you should add this feature. For example, when using remote desktop, if you enable local disk drives, then you can copy and paste files back and fourth.

In Go-Global, if I allow client drive access and publish explorer, then the user can copy files on the server and past them to their local drive.

I wish Go-Global were smart enough to allow me to paste the file directly to my desktop. In theory this should work because Go-Global has access to my c drive. That is how it works in remote desktop.

I think I will use Go-Global to publish an application and then use a seperate program for network file sharing. Possibly a secure ftp or ssh program.
