We have distributed a 3rd party Helpdesk application within our office by publishing it on GoGlobal, which is a server of its own. The Helpdesk has its own server as well. The GoGlobal server serves/manages access to the Helpdesk app via a web interface (Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher).
If a user doesn't use the app for a set amount of time - the exact time hasn't been determined yet - the session appears to time out. No biggie, but if the user refreshes their browser, the Helpdesk app comes back up, but they're logged into that app as a completely different user (there is no sharing of pc's, so they are picking up someone else's session altogether). There is no session time limit on the Helpdesk app and the Helpdesk manufacturer and I agree that it must be GoGlobal causing this since the sessions are controlled via GoGlobal.
Has anyone else experienced this or able to offer any assistance?
