Three-Server Licence Redundancy 12 Years, 11 Months ago
I have three servers which I want to use to test three-server redundancy for one of our customers:

dai, 172.20.149.156, 80e90b76
scratchy, 172.20.149.43, 80890cfa
benny, 172.20.149.39, 80f90889

They are all located in the same building through the same Ethernet switch.

I have evaluation licences only (string changed):

SERVER this_host ANY
VENDOR graphon
INCREMENT UX graphon 2.1 04-mar-2005 uncounted F43123456789 \
HOSTID=DEMO user_info="PARTNER INTERNAL USE tomc@graphon.com" \
ISSUER="GraphOn Corporation" ISSUED=04-dec-2004 \
NOTICE="Copyright (C) 1996-2003 GraphOn Corporation. All \
Rights Reserved" ck=96 SN=62037-AA

...but I want to know the format of the license.dat file to get this working. Can someone confirm that the following format:

SERVER <hostname> <hostid> <tcp_port>
SERVER...
SERVER...
DAEMON <daemon_id> <daemon_location>
FEATURE .....

If so then then a typical license.dat file would be (TCP port 1700):

SERVER dai 80e90b76 1700
SERVER scratchy 80890cfa 1700
SERVER benny 80f90889 1700
DAEMON <daemon_id???> /usr/local/graphon/bin/lmgrd
VENDOR graphon
INCREMENT UX graphon 2.1 04-mar-2005 uncounted F43123456789 \
HOSTID=DEMO user_info="PARTNER INTERNAL USE tomc@graphon.com" \
ISSUER="GraphOn Corporation" ISSUED=04-dec-2004 \
NOTICE="Copyright (C) 1996-2003 GraphOn Corporation. All \
Rights Reserved" ck=96 SN=62037-AA

Merry Christmas / Nadolig Llawen
