When launching a Network Management GUI with Go Global. 9 Years, 10 Months ago Karma: 0
When I use Go Global to launch and Cisco Management GUI from an x.x.x.x network to a x.x.x.x network I am getting a Java error and the Session is not intializing.

Java Error Message: "-monotype-arial-regular-r-normal--*-140-*-*-p-*-iso8859-1"

I am seen one Fix however not sure if that is correct.

Any ideas?

Your best bet is probably to send the complete error message (which probably includes more than just the font specification you included here) and session log (from ${HOME}/.graphon/logs/) to support @ graphon.com so we can further investigate.

It's possible that the Cisco GUI is expecting a font that is not configured for GO-Global to be present (but generally this is not a fatal error, so you could also ask Cisco why the GUI fails to run or if there is a way to make it run in the absence of this font).

Thanks,
