TOPIC: Forced User Logoff
#2111
Forced User Logoff 9 Years, 11 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi,
I'm newbie in GoGlobal. I installed a Unix version. The application used via goglobal session is limited for 100 users, in case of I want to logoff or kill some of the active goglobal session how can I get it ?

Kind regards,
Simone

Hi Simone,

For now, you must use OS level command tools. For instance, use the ps or who command to find out the related 'gold' process and then use the kill command to terminate the sessions.

The next major version (on the roadmap for 2008) will include better integrated tools for managing users, processes and applications.

Simone,

Your request for better management tools is understood loud & clear. GO-Global version 4 has these tools and is under active development. Meanwhile, if you're trying to accomplish specific tasks, send an e-mail to support@graphon.com and we may be able to offer some interim suggestions.
