Is there any way of forcing (at server level) that all goglobal sessions use SSL, i.e. the choice of transport is not given to the client user, it is always set to "Secure Socket"?

From the server, it is not possible to change the client's configuration. However, it is possible to configure the server not to accept non-SSL connections, by specifying a port of zero:

Code:

-port 0

You can put this in the ${GOGLOBAL_ROOT}/etc/gold.conf file.
