OpenGL support??? 10 Years, 11 Months ago Karma: 0
I am currently evaluating a demo of the product and I have a quick question. Can Go Global v 2.2 currently support Open GL? I noticed that as of a year ago OpenGL was not supported. Is this still the case? We have an application that we must currently disable Open GL when using Go-Global and I would like to find a way to enable these features. We are currently running the server on RHE4 U4 64bit and using a WinXP client.

Unfortunately, we do not support OpenGL. It is a feature request that we are continuing to evaluate with each new release, but it has not been targeted to a specific release yet.

Tom,

OpenGL applications are supported with GO-Global v2.2.6 and later using an GLX X extension. This adds the ability to display 3-D graphics from within a GO-Global session.
