CONNECTION FAILURE 7 Years, 12 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi all,
My client just adopts the go global cluster for her remote application purposes. I just cannot figure out why she's having connection problem after a few month period of usage. as her statement, she didn't install any & what i observe that her antivirus seems giving us soome trouble where i assume. Everytime i click on the go global client. It seems connection fail. the following is the message: -

CONNECTION FAIL, THE SERVER CANNOT CREATE A SESSION.

STOP CONNECTION & CREATE NEW SESSION

AFTER PRESS YES THE CLUSTER WOULD STOP THE SERVICE PART.

i feel very peculiar what blocking the cluster running a session, & i have asked go global local support as well but there's no answer being given & they told me that it'd be the antivirus built in firewall blocking the ggw.exe. but i have diasble all protection already.

need help urgent!

thank you
