Upgrade Licence ? 9 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
I have one licence with 5 inside, i can upgrade my server version?

For example

- I have version 3.2.0.4203 and i can upgrade to version 3.2.0.4226 without upgrading?

- But if i have a version 3.1.1.3548 and i can upgrade to next other version, i can't upgrade without upgrade de license,is erroneous?

Thank you,

You can upgrade between major versions of GO-Global without any problems. For example, 3.2.0.4203 to 3.2.0.4226. You do not need a new license.

If you upgrade from version 3.1.x to 3.2.x you will need a new license. In this case, use the upgrade form. See www.graphon.com/content/view/35/35/

As long as you are on maintenance there is no cost. If you are not on maintenance, contact our sales team for an upgrade price.

Hello Enric,

Per the release-notes, GO-Global 3.1.1 supports the following as a server OS:

- Windows Server 2003 Standard or Enterprise Edition
- Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2

If you are using two licenses (version 3.1 and 3.2) my suggestion is to (1) remove the 3.1 license or (2) simply upgrade the license to version 3.2.

See www.graphon.com/content/view/37/37/
