  3. License Change Requests are generally processed within 1-2 business days, but may take up to 5 business days to process.
  4. New licenses will be sent as e-mail attachments.
  5. New licenses will be e-mailed to Requestor and any additional recipients.
  6. You can look up license status, including maintenance status, on our website.

License Change Terms and Conditions

Licenses with valid annual maintenance agreements with GraphOn are allowed to rehost and/or upgrade. Annual maintenance fees include an allowance of maximum four (4) HOSTID changes per year. By submitting this request, you are indicating that at such time as you begin to use the new license files on the 'new system', you will stop using the 'old license file(s)', remove the old license file(s)' from use, and not re-install the old license file(s) on any system/HOSTID.
