Reason for REHOST

Agreement

Rehost Policy:
Licensees with valid annual maintenance agreements with GraphOn are allowed to rehost. Annual maintenance fees allow Licensee to obtain four (4) changes of Host ID during maintenance year at no additional cost. Additional changes of Host ID within any maintenance year will require a payment of 25% of the original license fee. GraphOn shall invoice this fee upon issuance of the new Host ID.

By submitting this request you are indicating at such time as you began to use the new license files on the 'New System', you will stop using the old license file(s), remove the old license file(s) from the 'Current System' and not re-install the old license file(s) on the 'Current System'.
