Hello Don,

Unfortunately, GO-Global currently does not yet have the ability to shadow a user session. However this feature is planned for our upcoming 3.x release. Any member of the sales team ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) can advise you of the details and timeline of this new version.

Regards,

-Erik

Thanks for the help. I thought the program could now. It will be a nice add-on to the program. It is nice to be able to see the same problem as the person logging in.

Just ran in to this posting again and it's worth noting that GO-Global has had Session Shadowing support since early 2004. This is accomplished from within the Cluster Manager by selecting the Sessions tab, and right-clicking on the session you'd like to shadow. Click the Connect option to open the GGW client session in a frame window.
