Using goglobal through a proxy on SSL port 3 Years, 10 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi,

I've read some posts about that, but I still have a question:

we try to use goglobal logon with outlook2003 (from a client's network) through a proxy server we don't manage. We know that ports 80 and 443 are opened. We can't declare the IP address of the server as an exception in IE settings, because this would prevent us from accessing Internet (all http requests must go through the proxy to access the web).

we configured the outlook.html page with the port 443. It still doesn't work.

On our side the port translation of 443 have been made on our firewall.

From the inside, everything works fine.

Thank you for any advice...

Pascal

The most recent release (3.0.3.3074) has support for proxy tunneling through port 443, and the release notes explain how it works.
