When I am trying to start the GO-Global license manager I am getting the following error message

"Could not start the GO-Global License Manager service on local computer

Error 1067: the process Terminated unexpectedly.

In looking through the documentation that I have available I have not been able to find any information on this error message.

Can someone please give me some ideas on how I should go about fixing this problem.

Check to be sure you have a valid license.lic file in the ..\graphon\go-global server\programs folder (you can open this file with notepad). If it appears to be valid, check the license.log (in the same folder as license.lic) and the APS log. The APS log resides in the ..\graphon\go-global server\log folder.
