GO-Global has no integrated method to "optimize" 3rd party applications. If you're seeing a "slow and jittery" response, the bottleneck is likely at the client device. If possible, increase the RAM or CPU. In simple terms, GO-Global does nothing more than take graphic calls from the server and send them to the client in a compressed manner. If the client device can't draw those calls quick enough (for whichever reason), you may see a delayed response.
Having said this, since IE comes standard with Windows, most users run a browser local from the desktop and do not rely on a remote copy but I understand some applications may use a browser front end.
As a faster browser alternative, you might consider
Mozilla (Firefox) and
Avant which have a more efficient drawing engine.
