Ricky,
If you were to change the user or group permissions on the cm.exe file, you should be able to let any user run the Cluster Manager. This may prompt a few security questions but yes, you can let Power Users use the Cluster Manager. Remember, GO-Global is fully dependent on the Windows OS for security settings.

Dear Erik,
Thanks for your reply.
Actually I fully understand the go-global access right is bound to the Win OS security control, and I have experienced in configure the cm.exe to other non-admin win users in "OLDER" go-global server version but I was failed in this latest go-global server version.
For details, I can successfuly let to "Cluster Manager" appearing in the non-admin user go-global client window in loose active X mode, but when I execute the cluster manager, it shows the "Only Administrator may access this applications". Therefore I guess it is the new bug in your latest version.
Cheers,
Ricky
