Hi,

I am a trial user. Here is my system configuration:

Server:
Windows 2003 Server Chinese edition
Server Ver: 3.0.2.2835

Client:
Debian Linux
Client Ver: 3.0.1.2635

I tried to connect Server by Client for Windows, it works ok except can not configure local printer. But from Linux Client, I got following error message:

The version numbers of the client and server are not the same.

Please advice where can I get the same version client and server.

Regards,

Procity

The GO-Global server and client version should always be in sync. Since you are running an older version of the Linux client, you should upgrade the client software which can be found in one of two locations:

If you are using a webserver such as IIS, the client files are located in

C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\goglobal

If you are not using any webserver, the client files are located in

C:\Program Files\GraphOn\GO-Global Server\Programs\Web

In either case, the easiest way to identify and obtain the client software is by viewing the logon.html file in either directory mentioned above.
