I am starting a test / evaluation of GO-Global for Windows to see if the product would work for a number of my customers (as a Citrix alternative).
I have set up a test server with Windows 2000 (Professional) SP4 and IIS 5.0 with all SPs and Microsoft Windows Updates identified patches. After installing the GO-Global server, when I tried to start the Application Publishing Service it returned error 3582.
Per this topic (thread), I checked my download and it was dated 10/21/2004, but the Cluster Manager stated version 3.0.2.28?? (not 3.0.2.2901). (Note: Including the GO-Global version number and Windows Version in the file name (vs. just "ggw.exe"

would be a big help.)
I have uniinstalled GO-Global server and downloaded another copy this morning. I have also downloaded the Microsoft security patches referenced in this topic. Questions:
- Do I need to / should I install the referenced Microsoft security patches?
- Does the GO-Global server download as of 11/19/2004 include the fix to this problem?
Thank you.
