If you are moving your license from one server to another, GraphOn requires that you complete a License Rehosting Form before our accounting department will issue the new license. The typical response time is within 24 hours. Our policy is that customers with a current maintenance contract may rehost their licenses up to 4 times per year. If you attempt to exceed 4 rehosts per year or you do not have a current maintenance contract, our Sales department will contact you regarding your options.
