connection problems 4 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi ,
this is my first time in this forum.
I've Go-GLOBAL UX 2.1.1 on XP-Windows.
Sometimes happen that the application hang-up.
We must kill the application and then restart it.
I exclude network problem cause in the same room we have 6 client and only one hangs-up(random).
In the sessionlog i see this type of error
Xlib: connection to "localhost.0" refused by server
Xlib: Invalid MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 key
In the flelm.log i see
UNSUPPORTED: "UX" (PORT_AT_HOST_PLUS ) user@ipaddress (license server does not support this feature.
This message appears always when an user make login.
Thanks for support

Roberto,

You didn't specify the specific UNIX platform but the error can be caused by several factors.

Check to make sure you do not have a DISPLAY variable hardcoded in any launch scripts (.cshrc, .login, etc).

GO-Global will never use DISPLAY number 0 since that is permanently assigned to the console. It appears you are trying to launch a GO-Global display back to the console.

If this does not point to the problem, use our online form to report a problem and so we can get more detail. See
