You can start the Application Publishing Service with an account other than the default system account using the following criteria:

The account must belong to the administrator’s group and have the following advanced rights:
    * Act as part of the operating system
    * Create a token object
    * Replace a process level token
    * Log on as a Service
 
Report to moderator   Logged Logged  
  The administrator has disabled public write access.
