Our client has two server both installed go-global,HongKong server's OS is english win2003 server with chinese language package,GuangZhou china server's OS is simply chinese win2003 server.
HongKong server run my program via go-global is ok,but GuangZhou server does not.

when we run our program via go-blobal,the program can not display chinese(but english is ok),includ interface character and chinese of user data.

after we installed some package of microsoft and restart,go-global still run right,and from today afternoon ,It can not run right.

The below list is the package of microsoft that we can know installed in GuangZhou server.This list is almost same with HongKong server,but HongKong server has 830352 package,GuangZhou server has not.And HongKkong server has "java web start" & "java 2 runtime environment,se v1.4.1-02" & "netscape" but GZ server has not.

May you give me some suggestion with professional?Thanks a lot!

I don't have an immediate answer for you, but could you send us an APS log through email? The APS log will give me system information, version information, etc. By default the log resides in \graphon\go-global server\log, or \program files\graphon\go-global server\log, depending which version of GO-Global you are running.

I looked at the log files and I realized that I missed in this posting that this is Chinese WS2003. Chinese WS2003 isn't supported. It should be documented in the Readme that came with 3.0.1.2634.

But now,I had changed the OS to win2003 server standard version (english),just set the area to PRC(China),and the default non-unicode programs match language is CHINESE,why the program still can not display chinese correctly? you told me go-global not support chinese win2003 server,but does it support chinese character?just like my server,english win2003 but default non-unicode programs language is chinese?

And,I found that sometimes when I run my program,It's ok,but other times not,between this two times run,nobody cofig or reboot server?BTW,anytims I run my program in local,It can display chinese correctly.

strange as it may sound,yesterday,HONGKONG server can not display chinese too,but 10 second later,It's ok,nobody do anything hock:

That's an important information for you,It's seems the readme of go-global just said "Right-to-left languages are not supported",But CHINESE not Right-to-left,it's LEFT-TO-RIGHT too...
