If you are moving your license from one host to another, GraphOn requires that you complete a License Rehosting Form before our accounting deparment will issue the new license. The typical response time is within 24 hours. Our policy is that customers with a current maintnenance contract may rehost their licenses up to 4 times per year. If you attempt to exceed 4 rehosts per year or you do not have a current maintenance contract, our Sales department will contact you regarding your options.

Because the submitted form must be signed, you will need to sign and fax the form to our accounting department.
