I'm using goglobal 2.2.5 on HP-UX and I see that list of users listed with 'who' command doesn't correspond to actual number of users connected with go-global, for example 'who' lists the user
<username> gold:7990 Oct 24 05:14
but this user is not connected anymore, his session is not suspended and dtsession with PID=7990 is not running.
It seems that in some cases when goglobal session is closed /etc/wtmp is not updated and so 'who' gives not correct information.
Any suggestion?

If you want to see GoGlobal users on the server
I would use the following command instead of whois.

cd /usr/local/graphon/bin
./lmstat -a

This shows the amount to license checked out by users.
They are checked out when a user launches the goglobal client.

Another useful command will show who is running applications from goglobal
Ie - when an applicatin is launched from the goglobal client window

ps -edf | grep startXgo

Also,
If you thing the gogolbal precesses are running after the user disconnects. It could be that the goglobal maintenance process is not updating on your server.
This is configured in the /usr/local/graphon/etc/gold.conf file. Take a look at these setting to make sure maintenance is setup properly.
