clipboard copy paste not working 1 Month, 1 Week ago Karma: 0  
I have GGW 3.2.0.4226 server installed. I also have the latest version of the windows client installed. The clipboard option is enabled under client access options.

I can't copy text from the GG app to the local machine. Any idea why?

I think it has something to do with the application we are using. We are running Goldmine PE 8.03

Kurt, no reason why you should not be able to copy/cut & paste. There are no reported clipboard issues with GO-Global. You might try rebooting the server to clear up any process that might lock up the clipboard.

We're having a similar problem. Users are intermittently unable to cut and paste from their app to the local machine. Disconnecting and reconnecting the session usually fixes the problem, but this is not really acceptable to our customers.

We're running GGW 3.2.1 (Loose ActiveX) and GoldMine PE 8.03.
It's always been an issue, but if anything, it's got worse since we upgraded to the latest GGW build last week.

Can you isolate the issue to GoldMine or does the same happen with, say notepad or Word?

We are also using GM803. Copy \ paste seems to work for everything except when composing an email. We can't copy any of the email text we are writing.
