We are facing this problem repeatedly.

Have a look in the APS log and license log to see what the problem might be specifically.

I did not see a log file. You also did not indicate whether you upgraded to the latest version and saw the same behavior. At this point, you might try version 3.2.1, available from our web site. This version includes a number of fixes, including connection related issues.

The log file size is more than 1021 kb, its unable to attach this log size.
