You posted your message in the general discussion forum so I'm not sure which product you are referencing. Please advise which product you are using; "GG for Windows" or "GG for UNIX/Linux"?

Thanks

I was trying to test your online DEMO (Microsoft Word using FireFox plugin). It work perfect with Internet Explorer, but not with Mozilla FireFox (just downloaded...).

Regards.

I suspect you're running in to a known issue with FF3. We're working on a fix to be incorporated with version 3.2.1 (end of month release). If possible, please use FF 2.x or use IE for now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
