I wonder how much is the time it takes to create a GraphOn ... liciencia because through my partner has taken me 13 days

Obtaining a product code to retrieve a license generally takes 48-72 hours depending on the requirement. If you are not getting any response from your reseller, please contact your regional account manager and they will help to expedite the request.
